Microsoft has re-released Exchange 2010 SP1 RU3 (V3). RU3 (V3) most notably added support for UDP notification for Outlook 2003 clients and provided fixes for a rather large BlackBerry Issue. RU3 also contained a number of other fixes that can be found here. To fix the Blackberry issue you will need to install Microsoft Exchange RU3 and two other hotfixes as well as a fix from BlackBerry. links are provided below
